Pasta salad is fast and easy. Make it ahead and store in the refrigerator.  When you come home from a busy day at work (or shopping) all you have to do is put a meat on the grill and dinner is done in minutes.

 My family likes:
1 lb. ziti pasta (cooked and drained)
1 lb. frozen broccoli (cooked according to package directions-drained)
6 oz. pre-sliced pepperoni (cut into pieces)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Lots of Romano cheese
LATRIA ITALIAN DRESSING

Stir all ingredients together and chill until cold in the refrigerator.

Remember the pasta will absorb the dressing so you may want to add more right before serving.

Pick what your family likes.  As for the pasta - anything goes and add any fresh or frozen vegetables your family prefers. Try adding black olives, red or green peppers, onions, celery, tomatoes or even artichoke hearts.  Like meat in your pasta salad then try adding cooked chicken, tuna, salami or ham.

imgFor meats, fish or vegetables – just baste them with LATRIA ITALIAN DRESSING as you grill. You will love how it enhances the flavor of your favorite meat and veggies.

imgAs a marinade pour LATRIA ITALIAN DRESSING over your meat or poultry. Cover and let marinate for:
Fish – 45 minutes
Chicken and Pork: 1 -2 hours
Beef: 2 hours
